CROSS TRAINING meets at Heartland Church Youth Center. the following times each week:

Thursday 11:00am

Classes start promptly on time.  Please arrive at least 5 minutes early.

WHAT IS CROSS TRAINING?

CROSS TRAINING is a 45 minute coed workout that incorporates both strength training exercises and cardio.   This class will not only get your heart rate up, but lift your spirits as well.

CROSS TRAINING IS FOR EVERYONE!

CROSS TRAINING is for all ages and fitness levels.  Joe will help modify all exercises to meet you where you are in your fitness journey.  Homeschool families are also welcome to join this class for the physical education portion of their curriculum.  CROSS TRAINING always ends with a short devotion and prayer.
