Classes start promptly on time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up.

WHAT IS POWER UP!?
POWER UP! is a 50 minute barbell workout with light to moderate weight to upbeat Christian music. POWER UP! incorporates strength training, cardio and stretching to get you toned and fit.
POWER UP! IS FOR EVERYONE!
POWER UP! is for all fitness levels. All exercises can be modified for each individual. Come join us for fitness, fun and fellowship!
GETTING STRONGER PHYSICALLY AND SPIRITUALLY!
At the conclusion of each POWER UP! workout there is a short devotion from God's Word to challenge you in your walk with Christ.
