ABOUT

FaithFit is a Christ-centered fitness program that encourages you to be healthy in mind, body and spirit.  At FaithFit we take the emphasis off of self and put it on Christ!  We want to be FIT FOR THE MISSION!  The Lord has called us all to do mighty things in our life for Him.  We want to be prepared, to the best of our ability, to live out the abundant life He has for us!

We offer several exciting group fitness classes throughout the week.  Each class incorporates uplifting Christian music, prayer and a short devotion following each workout. No signups are necessary. Just show up!  All fitness levels are welcome!

​

We meet in the youth center at Heartland Church in Paducah Kentucky.  All classes are free, however, we do accept donations for local missions.

​

class descriptions

All FaithFit classes are free. Each class ends with a short devotion and prayer.

Bible Studies are periodically held throughout the year.  When in session, these occur on Fridays at 10:15am.  Ask your FaithFit leader when the next study begins.

POWER UP! is a 50 minute, co-ed full body barbell workout to fun Christian music.  We use light to moderate weights with lots of reps to get you toned and fit.

CROSS TRAINING is a 45 minute co-ed class.  It is a fun mix of cardio and strength exercises that will not only get your heart rate up, but lift your spirits as well.

STRETCH & GO is a 30 minute co-ed class to stretch, work on balance and light strength training.
